- Do I have to eat at every restaurant on the map?
- No. The Passport is designed to unfold across many meals. Collect one region at a time, at your own pace.
- Why does only one dish earn the stamp?
- Each stop features a single Passport Dish chosen because it represents its Italian region most faithfully. The other recommendations are there to deepen the meal, not to replace the stamp.
- What does “Same-Day Confirmation Required” mean?
- The dish was verified on a dated menu, but the restaurant rotates it. Call the restaurant the day you plan to visit and ask if it is being served.
- Why are some Italian regions marked Coming Soon?
- We only activate a region when a Boston restaurant genuinely represents its pasta tradition. We would rather leave a region open than force the wrong pairing.
- Are the restaurants paying to be included?
- No. Every stop, dish and verification date is researched and selected independently by Pesto Pastaria.
